Excellent service. I was told after calling many places that the issue with my Surface Laptop could not be resolved, and then I found this business and my issue was resolved within a couple of days and for a very reasonable price! Was sure I would have to get a new computer! Highly recommend!

One Snowy Sunday morning with lots of deadlines, I woke up knowing that my desktop is not ready to turn on ! That nearly gave me lots of insecurities. However, Astucien-informatique rescued me.If you are looking for expert, this is best place to go. I got my computer (DESKTOP) fixed that too on a snowy Sunday Morning. Staffs are very friendly. You will feel home at his work place and little chitchat about life was amazing. On top of that my keyboard was showing some issue and he gave me one as a gift.Price is also very acceptable. Friendly guy with the tools and experience to extend your computer's lifespan!My laptop, which I use everyday for work, recently broke, and Claude-Pascal here got me a curtesy laptop with my own hard drive in it for a few days to continue my work seamlessly as he was fixing my computer.My Motherboard was fixed and reinforced, a new battery was installed to replace the swollen one, dust removed and the screen cleaned.All for a fair price and with a friendly service.Highly recommend!

I came in with 2 laptops: 1 lost cause because it was too old (acer bought in 2011) so I asked for the removal of the hard drive so I could use it as an external hard disk. The other (asus) had a slow booting problem. It could take up to 10 min open. Now, it takes seconds. I can't thank you enough, Pascal, for giving a second wind to my laptop that I thought was dead!
