The desk and Credenza came in a zillion pieces but I had paid for installation and trust me it was worth every dime . Also thier assembly cost is much lower and thier delivery charge is the lowest around . I was lucky enough to deal with Sudonna the customer service rep . She was so vey helpful , explaining the differences in the different type of chairs I was interested in. She was very knowledgable , freindly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked into the business . High quality office furiture at very reasonable prices . Only $10.00 for assembly ! And the lowest delivery charge I have ever heard . In fact Sudonna replied to my email request so quickly and was the only reply I got from any business I wrote to . This place is so amazing , I will never go to any other office furniture business , if and when I need any thing else I wil go directly to Omni . Sudonna has been a great help with picking a chair. My mesh ergnomic chair's currently being repaired for squeakiness, and I highly recommend Omni Office Furnirure for their great service.I was unable to find a chair that fit me (6' and 210 pounds) anywhere online, but I was lucky enough to find one at Omni. The headrest fits great and I can actually relax in the chair.

Got a great deal on an office chair. Had it for a week now and satisfied with the fit, comfort, style. The over the phone order was easy and pleasant. Assembly for$10 WOW. Pick up 3 hours after the order placed. Took a minute to show the functions and review the warranty. Email me the receipt before I left to collect my purchase.
